Suddenly...
As I was reading a super short email all written in Japanese today, some thoughts struck me. The passion to figure out what each individual character means still burns inside me. I've always been a huge fan of Japanese Language, and sadly, I gave up to pursue my degree a year ago. Honestly, the degree really doesn't interest me much. I'm just following suit of what my fellow peers are doing, I'm just trying to fight for a better life and a better career in future. I just want to be guaranteed a bare minimum a graduate can gets. Perhaps its just a cycle that most individual wants go through, just for this word - secure.
In fact, the entire degree programme that I'm paying for is equivalent to studying in Tokyo for 2 years. Perhaps just to top up a lil' bit more for living expenses.
I began to wonder, why everyone has to go through the same route? Why can't I bit indifferent?
Another year to go, I'm so sick and tired. Though I enjoy the great bunch of uni pals presence, still, having to work + study at the same time really kills. If only its 4 days work week, 3 days long weekend. I wish I wish...
